Hi Lisa, love your blog and LOVE Vietnamese food. Hey, I have a question: every time I make this, the lemongrass/onions/spices burn terribly after the first batch of tofu.. How do I make sure that doesn’t happen? Is that because of my pan, or do I reduce the heat? I’m surrounded by versions of me from 4 years ago and it’s so weird to see.
